spectre Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Vijay is very underrated imo. He has a wonderful timing, gorgeous shots and a solid defence. He is yet to play an innings outside subcontinent and already few morons are already calling him FTB, grossly unfair. He complements Sehwag very well and both of them are already involved in few 100+ partnerships in very few matches. It not easy to know that whatever you do, you are going to be on the bench next match, such has been his test career, so far

saneindian Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 The best feature of his batting has been the way he has stayed away from the bouncers. Keeps watching the ball till the last minute and this should help him adjust well on bouncy tracks away from home.
