Whats so special about Vijay in ODI's? He suits as a perfect player for Test cricket t20/20, but I dont see it in ODI's. If Rohits plays and fails, hes putting a nail in his own coffin? Better sooner then later right? If he scores, its for his own good and the team. Jadeja will be handy with the ball and bat, unlike the phasst bowling trio who are good at neither :giggle:

Whats the problem for some in having Tiwary, Dhawan in the squad. If at all there is someone who shouldnt be anywhere near the squad it should be Rohit Sharma:giggle: They are ready to give RS 100 matches with an average of 28, but arent ready to give a second chance to a new player.:blink:

Yes I agree that only one chance is not fair enough. But I am not sure about his abilities as a limited overs batsman after seeing the IPL. He hardly used to rotate strike and take singles for which Sachin was in a lot of pressure in most games. Hope he rectifies that problem this time round. Would agree with the rest. Same team with only Munaf for Vinay.

Just one change – Dump Vinay Kumar and play a spinner in his place. Something tells me that there’s a distinct chance that we might get to see 2 spinners in the 2nd odi, especially after the pummeling the pacers got in the last few overs. But they’ll probably drop Vinay and bring in Munaf. Btw, it will be beyond stupid to drop Dhawan after one match and they wont do it.
