The only people that S Sreesanth should "irritate" on the cricket field are the opposition players, said Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni as he once again advised the temperamental pacer to remain within "boundaries". "I am very specific to him and told him that he should not cross a few boundari es. It is better that you do not cross those boundaries. If you want to irritate someone that should be the opposition and not your side," Dhoni said of the Kerala bowler, who has a reputation of losing his cool and coming up with animated gestures in the heat of the moment. However, in the second warm-up match against New Zealand, Dhoni said he was satisfied with the way the pacer conducted himself. "I do not think there was much. I must say that bit of chit chat is always fine. It does not mean that whenever we play cricket such things does not happen," Dhoni said. "As I said, there are certain boundaries that you should not get too personal with a player. If these guidelines are followed I am quite happy with it. SREE is a very good bowler but he is so stubborn that we will see him in headlines every now & then. If he doesn't learn to control himself he will surely gonna throw out of INDIAN team anhis this nature could lead inindian defeat at WC. For instance sree is bowling to a natural aggreser batsmen & he sledges batsmen we may see the batsmen get out or he may persue INDIAN bowlers like cheety & i think this is going to happen this WC

Seriously I think its just plane stupid what MSD has done. Instead of talking to him privately in an attempt to defuse and lesson the attention that Sreesanth gets from the opposition and crowd, our man puts him in the spotlight and sends out a loud message to all the other teams that Sreesanth is a loony and that if you wind him up a little bit than he will lose the plot.

oh really!! I don't know which matches you've been watching but in the last 2-3 years whenever I've seen the Indian team bowling, Zaheer Khan has almost always been the standout bowler in all formats of the game. You say that Zaheer has fitness issues but you ignore Sreesanth's issues with his temperament - even Dhoni is now telling him to irritate the opposition and not his own team :hysterical:

Sreesanth got DHoni the testmatch with Lanka when Sreesanth returned , Sreesanth has performed at critical times and managed to help Dhoni retain his place...if DHoni plays him then there are high chances that Sreesanth may get him critical top order wickets and INdia reaches the finals or even wins the tournament. Sree always has IMPACT balls which take important top order batsmen...like watson ,Pointing in Australia SMith, Kallis, AMla in africa...like that. Still Dhoni does not appreciate Sreesanth....Sreesanth was going under the skin of Pointing to get him out and he would have got him. Sreesanth went under the skin of smith and got him out...also teased watson and finally got him.............. WILL DHONI only see what Sreesanth does wrong........... Yes. Sreesanth has actually become very shrewd with his sledges now. He plays his cards right and makes some very smart sledges. But MS needs to drop his Mother Teresa act. I agree he might be irritated with Sreesanth at times But dude MS, you talk about "country's honour and respect" when on the cricket ground. Don't you think a "country's honour and respect" is also at stake when you are facing the media? Don't you think players should stand by each other for they are "representing their country" and they "play as a team"? PS- The terms in the double quotes are the one's MS uses all the time. Strangely, they are conveniently fine to use and conveniently not.

Ha ha ha, Bhajji and his respect.. Do you have a clue? Yeah, Sreesanth is a Baboon. So go public and tell the opposition teams..Why select him? If you want to drop him, what's the need to go public? I think BCCI should tell Dhoni to STFU and not discuss team related issues in public. He needs a GPL (**** Pe Laat)..Like he got recently when he blabbered about lack of motivation in warm up matches. BCCI did a GPL and look at their motivation in the next effing match.. :hehe:
