A friends place in ghorasar or something near maninagar. When I come for the QF will be staying in Satellite we had an issue with Reliance landline, they charged us for switching the plan which we actually never switched. I went to their office and spoke to main person, but he did not do $h.t So I sent email to nodal office, and also cced to Ani lAmbani...in 3 days got a call from his secretary and he did a conference call with local head and it was sorted in 10 mins. :--D:--D Govt. have set up ombudsman for banking, telecom and insurance. It works really well if you know how to use it. I am in satellite area whenever I am in Ahmedabad. I will try to call you before Q/F. I still don't have ticket.
