ganeshran Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 Someone posted the stat the other day on Padosi forum. Out of Sachin's 47 centuries, 33 have been in a winning cause and 1 is tied. IMO thats a pretty good percentage. he cant take the fall if the rest of the team is lazy on the field

His last 3 centuries in test matches and ODIs, India didnt win any of the 3 matches. India won the last test n ODI match in which sachin failed. Some more prominent innings tht come to mind are his 175 against australia and the chennai test hundred against pakistan where he couldn't take india across the line.. Its not sachin's fault though...
