Am I right in saying that?? See we have had rivalryies in cricket against most of the nations and all have got beaten pretty badly against us.

Most Saffers I know support India thanks to our rivalry with Aussies(and that we sent Aussies packing). Aussies, in general, also are favoring India as they are not too keen on SL. England probably more in favor of India than against. NZ probably same after losing to SL(and used up wicket). So I dont think most countries are against us. But if they were I would be cognizant of that. Afterall for the longest time our issue against Waugh and Ponting's team was that everybody hated them but nobody hated Clive Lloyd's team. xxx

1996 was almost a 'fluke' by Lankans.. It was heavily biased in favor of team batting first. SL played well through out the tournament but ind-vs-sl was more or less decided by toss ..rather than pure cricketing performance.
