This tech is not reliable and Tendulkars reprival is the best example.. For the decision to stand there had to be 100% certainty the ball missed by 1 mm.. i serious doubt hawk eye can predict the path so accurately, otherwise there would no distance from wicket criteria in the first place..

Reliable - as compared to what? As I posted elsewhere - even with tonnes of video replays there are some calculations which can not be done by naked eyes/human brain. We can easily say whether a ball will miss the stump by 1 feet, but without technology to assist no one can say whether the ball would miss by 1 cm or 2. Your other point - over turning ball has to miss by half ball!!. What kind of logic is that, if a ball is turning, it can miss by full ball, half ball, 1 cm or even 1 mm. And that is where naked eyes fail. Besides, the hawkeye predictor shows the ball missed by about 4-5 mm - how do you claim it is not error free .. who knows w/o the error it might have been missing by another 4-5 mm. When predicting trajectory, the error can be both positive and negative - and no error at all. That is the zone of uncertainty. If one surely knows that it is going to make error of 4mm every time - that is called "zero error" and can easily be accounted for in calculations. Regarding - how Hawkeye can predict so accurately ( 1mm). It was about good 5mm+, much smaller than half-ball though. Do you know what computers are capable of ( in good hands) - Hint - planting satellites in orbits 1000s of kms away. NASA was able to do all that with combined computing power - lesser than what is there on an iPhone. Do you know there are laser guided missiles which can fly 1000s of miles and yet hit the target within few meters!! And here we are doubting about an error of few mms over 1 meter of distance - with hardly any varying air density, air turbulence, ball shape/revolution/rotations ..etc. to worry about.

Even 0.25 seconds difference would change the position enough to indicate fudging of H/E. cant believe how delusional Pakistani fans can get. Right...Our friendly neighbours forum PP has loads of videos where they have manipulated the video to convince themselves Tendulkar was out. I mean they defy logic although expecting logic from our neighbours is my foolhardiness . If India wanted and was doing manipulation of DRS it would have made Ian Bell plumb LBW , Sehwag and Dhoni would also not have been out. Na ..per angoooor khatttay hai...especially after the chest beating and big claims on how they would knockout India and capture thecrown in Mumbai. :whack: This is my 1st post in the forum. I have been watching the BS thrown by the padosis on the lbw. I have uploaded two pictures. The 1st picture is a hawkeye representation that I snapped from HD replay. The black horizontal line is where it catches Sachin. He has a leg stump guard and he moves forward on a straight line if you see other replays. The ball hits him on line with leg stump and contnues its path as shown. 2nd picture is a close up of Ajmal's hand as he delivers the ball. This chu..... has bluffed that he bowled an arm bowl . This close up shows it is not an arm ball. Also the ball pitches and then travels before hitting Sachin and continues its path shows clearly that SRT was NOT OUT But then I forget. We are dealing with deluded maniacs from across the border. These are the same people who talk about India not fulfilling UN resolutions in Kashmir, but conveniently ignoring the earlier para where UN resolutions call for Pakis to vacate POK. But then no harm in rubbing it in as they are still in denial on the World cup. :whack: :whack:

Read the explanation from hawk-eye not the explanation from 15 year old kids on pukepassion. If you admit sehwag and Dhoni were not out i'll admit Tendulkar was out.
