disgusting Suggestion by a lady Judge . Typical. If one suggests whipping of ladies who engage in prostitution,the lady judge would strongly object. but treating men like animals is ok. Rape is henious crime but the state has no right to commit heinous crimes either.Any individual who advocates castration and other such bodily modifications as punishment is not suitable to be a judge.

You cant have different set of laws for different crimes if you insist on following the Talibanized / Arabic criminal justice system . Either it should be brutal penalties for every crime that includes Rape , Murder , Prostitution , Drug Smuggling , theft , Homosexuality or there should be no brutal penalties at all.

You're projecting your wet dreams on others again, My Two Cents birather. It's quiet perplexing that people can be so dull, so this obvious point must be made: Not wanting to mutilate (or physically 'alter') another person's body is not the same as wishing to see them go unpunished. If there's conclusive evidence a criminal should be punished. This punishment may be imprisonment -or execution- depending on the severity of crime. Physically mutilations like castration do nothing to correct the criminal. The criminals problem is in-between his ears and not his legs. Castrating the criminal after the crime does nothing for the victim, either. Now the only thing this achieves is give a deep pleasure to the Talibani tendencies in common abdul, who feel that they have a 'legitimate' outlet for their mental sickness now that they are violating the sanctity of another human's body in the name of justice. Such individuals are in fact no better than any other sex criminal, and should be locked up or executed alongside sex criminals themselves.

As for you referring to it as a "pussified" process there's a reason all the higher ideals of human society like justice, liberty, wisdom and charity are personified through the female form.
