So comparatively also he is slower. We are turning into padosis with speed obsession. Among the new crop bowlers Srikanth Vaugh looks the most promising. Incidentally he and varun aaron were the only two went to Australai for training.

ViruRulez Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 Down to 130s and 120s now .. he is ok but nothing extraordinary .. he is a lot more hyped than he deserves .. and none of his bowls were even remotely near 150s .. I was impressed more by Umesh Yadav when he first came than Yadav .. he bowled 145 consistently at least when he came but Aaron's pace keeps on fluctuating .. he can be groomed but no way is he another Brett Lee or express pace as he was hyped up to be .. one more similarity with Yadav is that he leaks runs and sprays the ball when he tries to ball fast like Yadav

I know how many threads were started for Umesh Yada much like Aaron

If he does indeed make it to the Indian team - he won't be bowling to you and me..but to batsmen like Shaun Marsh or better. ++ I would even say that he looks more another Sami etc. from the look of things .. to be frank Sami was even faster than him .. he does not look any better than Umesh Yadav to be frank and sprays the balls and bowls it too short .. even Yadav bowls a few yorkers but not even a single yorker by Aaron .. he would be taken to the cleaners by any quality international batsmen if ever he makes into the national .. he should be groomed alongwith Yadav and must be taught about control and swing too

I tried to find difference between them. I have to say "not much" only Yadav seemed to be quicker.

Needless argument there mate. So if I say yes then what ?.. you'd set him up to bowl at me in the nets to prove me right or wrong? What exactly is a 'false opinion' ? , there are no right or wrong opinions.

I know how many threads were started for Umesh Yada much like Aaron aren't they the fastest available in india right now? that's the point.i think the claim of rkt.india was he was a slightly quciker than yadav. there is a difference between saying he reached 153 in india and saying he bowls 150 consitently.only the former claim was made. Referring to claims that were never made or rushing to conclusions judging based on an insufficient sample is not my cup of tea.
