Ahmed Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 Pakistan's bradman umar Akmal beaten for pace from Harbhajan :cantstop: But you have to admit he played some really good shots before he was bowled whereas Yuvi came and went in a flash. I am only referring to this match so don't start an overall comparison between the two.
kubrickian Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 The thing with Pakistan cricket is they pick players from the street and local club cricket who dont have any technique or consistency to speak of. They just pick them based on their 'talunt' or how 'phaast' they bowl. Obviously when they start playing and do well in one or two games, they get over hyped by Pak fans to be the next great talent but soon they will fizzle out as their technique and real talent gets found out against quality oppositions. For every talent they find once in a blue moon, there are hundreds of Ata ur Rehman, Shabbir Ahmed, Basit Ali, Hasan Raza etc.
Karan114 Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 Lols, good thread. Remember that Pakistan produce fast bowlers out of nowhere and it's only a matter of time before a new geniune quickie joins the national team. Besides Aamer will be back in a couple of years inshaAllah so no worry at all. In the mean time we we would have found another talent. That's just the way our cricket works. Miyan, tum logo ke haathon me hota to woh ek din ke liye bhi ban nahi hota. Unfortunately for you guys, the matter is in the hands of the ICC, so you can forget about seeing that cheating scum any time soon. Just because you and your nation worships filthy cheats like Mohammad Amir, don't expect the rest of the world to let such cheats sully our great game.

But standing there clueless against Nehra but clubbing a part timer like Yuvraj and beaten for pace by bowler like Harbhajan is even more shameful.

Pakistani fans' favorite pastime is to make fun of Nehra and Munna, but come matchday and their tailunted batsmen didnt have a clue against them on a seaming pitch....

Then again fans of that nation are the only ones who consistently rubbish Zaheer( sorry "Jaheer") even though pretty much every captain in the game acknowledges Zak's excellence before a team is facing India.
panther Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 your team is overrated you're batsman will be exposed this summer( barring probably laxman and sachin) and your bowlers are crap anyway i know Pakistan is crap at the moment so no need to compare

Just look at them - what exactly has this over rated team achieved in the last 2-3 years apart from a Test no 1 ranking and World Cup :(( full of mediocre trundlers who can't bowl more than 120kmph and can't take wickets - its the opposition which, under the pressure of the BCCI, gives away their wickets to these mediocre trundlers. Then look at the batting - full of mediocre crap batsmen like Sehwag, Dravid, Yuvraj, Gambhir, Laxman, Dhoni, Kohli, Goddy etc - can't make runs even against under-12 sides, forget about international level - again its an evil conspiracy by the BCCI that forces bowlers of other countries to bowl bad balls to them so that these mediocre batsmen can make runs.

Karan114 Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 england gonna show you in the summer who's the best in test Like they have been for the past 15 years in which they haven't beaten us in a Test series? Just because your piece of **** gets its ass handed to it by England every time they play, don't think the world's no.1 team fears England. Now go back to watching your little minnow fight contest with West Indies, pak boy.

Cricket Tragic Posted May 23, 2011 Posted May 23, 2011 What happened to predictions that India will lose 3-0 in SA and that we won't score more than 100 runs against Steyn and Morkel? :hysterical:
