What are the various nerdy moments you have had or observed of your friends. I will start with, a) one of my college mate used to work for long hours, till he would exhaust. And then would sleep for long hours. Once he would skip many meals and then suddenly eat 2-3 meals at one time. Once he came back from spending 2 nights at a computer lab (IIRC he was locked in 2nd night), had food & drank 2 liters of water (we challenged him to), then went to sleep. In the middle of the night he woke up to pee, and while peeing he dozed and fell on back of his head. Came back to his room and wrapped his head with a towel went back to sleep, only to find in the morning quite some blood on the towel. One (of many) of my own to start with. a) Played online poker for 26-28 hrs at a stretch, only left the table to pick eatable or go to pee. I had a target score in mind, but I kept coming close to it and then trying to get back to it again. And few times when I crossed the score, I would try to add some cushion on top of it, eventually going down again.

I used to beat up nerds in school and flush their head in the toilet.

In my freshmen year, I coded a so called "user-headache" system and remotely installed it all the (windoze) computers in the common computer lab. It would randomly show "hilarious" comments on popup screens like "keyboard not found, press any key to reboot" :hehe: :(( I had a background process running that would check if the user did a ctrl+alt+del to kill this program, and it would re-start it. The original process would re-start this background process if killed. So basically, it was hard to kill both of them  It became the talk of the town (village ?) but a senior finally figured it out and then tracked me down :(( I named the original process "windows", so a lot of computer illiterate fools never killed it :hehe: Another hilarious message "Shut down your computer in 1 minute or you will lose all data" actually made some people do it

In my first year of uni I only started revising for the exam next morning at midnight the night before' date=' oh wait no thats now, still 8 hours to go no worries[/quote'] Oh, the "cool" kid that I always wanted to be. :(( Seriously though, year 1 doesn't count anyway, right? So unless you're after an internship in IB or something, you just need to get through.
