If he controls his tongue he will become the greatest player Bangladesh have ever seen. I fear that Tamim may surpass Viru's runs in tests as well as one dayers. One more thing Tamim is capable of playing long innings. He may break Lara's highest test score record. If Tamim plays to his potential he will join the elite groups within five or six years.

Yoda-esque Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 From Todays cricnfo comments : if i am India , I will play 4 fast bowlers. I am saying this from first test onwards. No one is listening. Mishra gets tired in TEST because his fingers are small and don't have any revolutions. Ojha is more economy bowler. Can't drop sreesanth. We need also left hander. So ideal is Play 4fast bowlers. Also mukund should come in place of raina , reason that if we survive 8 overs and middle order there , we won't get bundled out. Also bowlers must learn to bat long time and not throw their wickets away cheaply. It is ok if we have 500 runs on board. Time to tell / teach tailenders fight and how to evade short ball and bouncers and yorkers. India can draw the game if lower middle order show some backbone. India can't do same style they do india with one spinner. My guess is england is going with 4 fast bowlers. India to be back on the game if sehwag survive first 30 minutes.

Why can't you blood suckers in the BCCI realize their plight. They are a tired, retired & injured bunch. On the third morning of that test please check them out of their hotel & charter a special flight so on losing they can at least be airlifted from the ground itself. :hehe:
