And it does not matter whether Ramdev is associated with BJP (which he isn't, at least directly), or whatever. Do citizens of this country only have right to associate with Congress and no one else? -- It's unfortunate that the govt.'s after Ramdev personally and the character assassination has just started I'm afraid. I know they probably won't find anything wrong with his taxes but they can take him on the fact that some of his claims include curing cancer and such diseases. I don't know anything about Indian law on medicinal claims though... Sad to see that people like Digvijay Singh exist at the senior levels of the ruling party. Heh, the guy refers to Osama as Osama "ji" but has problems with his innocent citizens protesting in a peaceful way.

The video clearly showed that Digvijay was very angry with the act of the assailant, who had tried to hit party general secretary Janardhan Dwivedi with a shoe. Digvijay Singh was sitting inside his room in the party headquarters when the shoe incident took place, rushed out into the corridor near the press conference venue and kicked at Sunil kumar, lying on the floor, with his leg thrice. The assailant was later taken outside and bundled into a police jeep to be taken to Tughlak Road police station. That Congress workers behaved the way they did is perhaps to be expected from them, but the behaviour of the mediapersons who acted as part of the lynch mob is nothing less than deplorable.
