Batsmen had to take chance and clicked. With Bhajji batsmen don't even have to take chance. He will provide.

This series proves Ashwin is good but the wonder boy is not even close to Harby. It is a mute exercise but hatrs are gonna hate.

Is he at his darting best or was some variety added to his repertoire or is it too much to ask for from this hot headed sardar that he is better off throwing those darts as he pleases.

LOL What kind of Logic is that ? I am sure you are kidding :) We won that because of the hunger to win. In the last couple of games, we lost because of casual play. We were not keen on winning the series 5-0. On the other hand, W.Indies played with much more freedom and give in everything. They were the better team of the two when it comes to performing in the last couple of games. And hence the result.

But Bhajji's normal performance in usually 2/89 in 20 overs in the last 1 year. When Ashwin's worst performance is only slightly worse than Bhajji's usual performance, its time for Bhajji to be shown the door.

Bhajji has an average of 42 and SR of 56 odd for the last one year. His average performance on any given day is 10 overs 1 wicket and 42 runs. :hehe: That is quite similar to Ashwin's performance in the series

He needs to focus on bowling off spin regularly and once in a while use the carom ball. Harbhajan made the same mistake when he over-used doosra and now most players find easy to play his doosra. But I think Harbhajan is our best spinner by a mile. Ashwin isn't a test quality YET.

In tests, i dont think there is really anyone who is good enough to average under 30 yet. Maybe mishra or Ojha or Ashwin might. But we wont know unless they are tried often. It is better to try someone else rather than sticking with a known failure.

He is a big match player and you will see that in the England tour. In tests : We have been getting results in tests at a pretty good rate in the last few rates. Atleast 2/3rd i reckon. So bhajji has had the best and worst of all conditions, which is similar to all bowlers. So if Bhajji does well only in India, should he be dropped for tours? His overall career has been pretty mediocre compared to the likes of the best bowlers in the world. Bhajji is very very good in very certain conditions but those conditions do not turn up often. Someone who averages so high should not be our 1st spinner. We should aim higher. Its better to try others to find out if we have anyone better than continuing with mediocrity. In ODIs : Funny you showed the stats for only tests. Try the ODI stats, Big match player who got outbowled by Yuvraj and Ashwin in the World cup. Forget the WC, bhajji has been getting out bowled by the likes of Yuvraj singh and Yusuf pathan. For tests, it does look bleak. How would you know who is better if we dont use anyone else consistently. In ODIs, there are simply better bowlers for most conditions than Bhajji. 1 series or 1 game is not the yardstick. Take a look at the last few series or years to gauge a player.
