Do you think that indefinite timeframes for presidency is a good thing? To the poster bringing up FIFA as an example, that is an example of how it patently isn't. Blatter has had FIFA wrapped around his finger for 13 years, we can now see what a complete shambles it is and the farce of the latest 'election'.

It's like an indefinite time given to one political party to form the government. I don't think they will go that way though. They say they want to make it democratic so obviously there will be elections every year (or whatever is the time box). Chanakya-neeti will most likely tell BCCI not to be in the President's box always. After all it is much easier to control a puppet than hold the reins :winky:
