coffee_rules Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 When I saw the tar get cross 150 runs, I am happy that India didnt lose this test match. 1-0 is still a won series , with the Indian-B team against a decent Intl side. I will take this result.
Fontaine Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 http://blogs.espncricinfo.com/diffstrokes/archives/2011/07/oh_no_not_again_the_great_miss.php What a crappy article. What makes this Samir Chopra outrageously retarded is that he gives an example of Javed Miandad, Imran Khan and so on, some of the best players in that era and then completely hides the fact that instead of having Sehwag/Gambhir/SRT we had Kohli/Mukund/Vijay. Anyone expecting a lineup of Kohli/Mukund/Vijay/Raina to help chase down a target at 5/6 an over is just being naive. But then criticizing that same batting lineup with just a handful of test caps aren't champions is certifiabley medically retarded.
Sehwag1830 Posted July 11, 2011 Author Posted July 11, 2011 Awe so poor#1 TI lost three wickets to negative bowiling :hysterical: Oh dear, now tell me why have Pakistan never won a test series in WI ?:haha::hysterical: So much for Pakistan. They have never ever won a test series in WI. :hysterical::hysterical:
Sid Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Some of the headlines in news channels about this : Darr ke aage jeet thi Darr gaye champions Maidaan par achanak kyon darr gaye Dhoni :--D
Fontaine Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 lpakistan never claimed to be number one but sure india did so if pakistan loses or wins it doesnt matter wat matters is the cowardice shown yesterday by the number one team.:punter: You dumbass, India doesn't claim anything. They are the number 1 side, no claims necessary. And as far as Pakistan claiming? The only thing they've claimed in the past few years is: claiming refugee status (Haider) claiming spot fixing money (Butt, Asif, Amir) claiming to be a test captain (Afridi) claiming to be sniffing balls (Afridi) claiming innocence at positive drug tests (Akhtar/Asif) claiming medication for genital warts (Akhtar)
saneindian Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 5th test of that great Ashes series in 2005. Didn't England bat on and on to ensure Aussies never got a sniff and they protected their 2-1 lead in the series to win back the Ashes? IIRC even then a number of overs were lost to rain/bad light. Did any of the cricket experts write about how test cricket was dying or cricket was the loser back then?
Fontaine Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 pakistan now is reduced to enjoy in indias problems rather than their own success You're wrong, Pakistan are very much enjoying their very own suckass in Ijaz Butt. Oops, did I read that wrong? :nervous:
Fontaine Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 A gutless show by the so called "champions".Now i got the answer to the question why test cricket is dying.It coz the by the show of gutlessness and cowardice and lack of killer instinct of the new "champs".otherwise test cricket was so much interesting when west indies and australians were champs.:(( See that's what happens when you try to type while driving your taxi: You look like an even bigger douche than you are.
Fontaine Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 those are not just claims :haha: I forgot to add: claiming to be a wicketkeeper (akmal) :hysterical:
Sehwag1830 Posted July 11, 2011 Author Posted July 11, 2011 Thats coz England was not the number one test team and it was playing Australia who were number one at that time so it can be excused.Had Australia behaved as India did yesterday in that match then im sure knives would have been out for them also. So why did Australia lose a series to India in 2001 ? It means they were not no.1 by your logic because they lost. :hysterical:
gult Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Enough with all this nonsese of 'deserving No.1' and stuff .. India is and will be No.1.. Cry all you want and it won't make piss poor pak or SA imports team No.1. How do you expect the team to score at 5+rpo suddenly when the average rpo is around 3. In addition to that, WI was employing a bit of negative tactics. This is not a ODI/T20 match where the fielding restrictions, powerplay etc will make the chase feasible. They tried their best and they know the value of a win more than any one of us.
Sehwag1830 Posted July 11, 2011 Author Posted July 11, 2011 excuses .excues and lot of excuses.Pakistan did it chasing almost 7 rpo on 5th day. Like WC semi-final. :giggle::giggle:
Fontaine Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Even if i drive taxi to earn living is better than begging isn't it. No it isn't. At least if you were begging you wouldn't be putting up retarded posts on this message board like a mental midget.
Fontaine Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 but its better than being a slumdogs:hysterical::haha: You back? Did you get a tip from your last fare?
Yoda-esque Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 A gutless show by the so called "champions".Now i got the answer to the question why test cricket is dying.It coz the by the show of gutlessness and cowardice and lack of killer instinct of the new "champs".otherwise test cricket was so much interesting when west indies and australians were champs.:(( Boy..They really come out of the woodwork at the right times,dont they?:winky:
Yoda-esque Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Like WC semi-final. :giggle::giggle: Thats so true.They folded meekly chasing a RR of 5.
