Jason Dawes from Jamaica also good, WI will always produce quick bowlers due to the genetics of afro caribbeans. As for England there are young pacers in most counties and Meaker is certainly the quickest I have seen at 94 MPH.

rkt.india Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 matt dunn - surrey ,england , i have seen him hit 92 mph when he was 17 yrs old but none of these guys can hit 90 mph consistently , their top pace is in the low 90s and their avg pace is in the mid to high 80s . btw eng u19 vs sa u 19 today maybe there will be some young fast guys on show. hitting 90 mph or more is all about stamina for quick bowlers. Most of the bowlers hit 90 mph only in short bursts, not regularly.

He is way better than Sreesanth even right now without the inswinger. If he can learn that he will become as deadly as Aamir.

And he's got better seam position, better stock deliveries and better results to speak for him. To be fair to Riaz, he's still in the nascent stage of his career.
