saneindian Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 We are good enough to win the next 2 tests and draw level but for that the team needs to show some hunger and show the same spirit which took us to number 1. We hve had our moments in both the tests but due to some shocking captaincy aided by rubbish bowling have let the opportunity pass by. MSD's has had his worst series as a captain-keeper-batsman so far. That the batting unit has failed to put up a fight hasn't helped things either. But with Viru, GG and Zak coming back and hopefully Bhajji getting dropped, we will show the old spark again.

Did you not see SL drawing there. Even flat tracks can't save us. We are royally fiked by this team.

They know how to play their conditions brilliantly (as one would expect), and we haven't been able to match them. In Indian conditions, it would be a different story entirely.

Manny_Pacquiao Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 India will win at edgbaston. no way is **** like this happening again, and there is no way this team is gonna go a series without winning a single test. gambhir should be back, and maybe sehwag and zaheer too. at least one of them will be back, and that should be enough. at the very least, our batting lineup won't have guys playing out of position. should be enough, in spite of dhoni. but with the oval being a flat track, i doubt they will draw the series.
