Rajiv Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Flash is proprietary - need to keep that in mind too. In addition' date=' eat just eats up processing cycles and battery life. HTML5 is the future.[/quote'] ..hardly man, it was never an issue. I am talking about pure convenience, good for HTML but I got what I wanted with the droid and ever been a fan since
Crookbond Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 http://www.theverge.com/2012/7/3/3134347/android-4-1-jelly-bean-review Google's latest version of the Android operating system is here and will be rolling out to a precious few devices later this month. Unlike the last iteration, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is more about refinement than revolution, but a new feature called "Google Now" has the potential to finally achieve some of the promises we've all heard from smartphone companies for years now. Beyond that, if you're one of the (sadly small) number of people who have used stock Android 4.0, there's nothing here that will throw you off. Sigh! Surging ahead of the competition? :headshake:
Crookbond Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 ..hardly man' date= it was never an issue. I am talking about pure convenience, good for HTML but I got what I wanted with the droid and ever been a fan since Are you contesting the fact that Flash doesn't eat up more memory and decreases battery life ?
Rajiv Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 You would hardly expect a revolution from 4.04 to 4.1 I think something like 5.0 would change it.. Haven't seen 4.1 in action yet, thinking of getting the nexus 7 tablet but screen is too small
Crookbond Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Also - if I'm not wrong Flash came to Android only on Froyo which is 2.2. More than 1 year later since the first version was released.
EnterTheVoid Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Yeah go ahead and sue Apple - let's see how far you'll get.:hysterical: Typical response, I'd been disappointed had you replied in some other way. Every idiot and his dog can see the hypocrisy here except yourself. Maybe thats the way you want it :winky:
Rajiv Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Are you contesting the fact that Flash doesn't eat up more memory and decreases battery life ? Buddy, I am telling you my practical experience. If I watch a 2-3 hr match, it will obviously put the battery down but I have a charger at home, car and office so it was never an issue.
The Outsider Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Exactly...Apple is falling back in terms of creativity (Jelly Beans really took it to the next level)...only thing Apple can do now is sue! Yeah Jelly Beans is the gold standard of OS on phones now! :hysterical:
The Outsider Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Typical response, I'd been disappointed had you replied in some other way. Every idiot and his dog can see the hypocrisy here except yourself. Maybe thats the way you want it :winky: What you not suing Apple? According to you there is a fortune to be made by doing so? :hysterical:
Rajiv Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Also - if I'm not wrong Flash came to Android only on Froyo which is 2.2. More than 1 year later since the first version was released. Perhaps, don't remember. I am sorry but it seems I am actually conversing with some apple representative. Apple is a superior product, happy! Have a good night, jeez
Crookbond Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Perhaps, don't remember. I am sorry but it seems I am actually conversing with some apple representative. Apple is a superior product, happy! Have a good night, jeez Don't get me wrong, I am not a Apple "fan boy". I will name you ten idiotic things about the iPhone which make it like more a stone age phone. I was just merely stating some facts - that's it.
EnterTheVoid Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 What you not suing Apple? According to you there is a fortune to be made by doing so? :hysterical: Ok, I don't know what you are on about. Surely, you are not stupid enough to believe the nonsense you type. Than again, maybe you are. Actually, you probably are, in which case, I concede defeat. :two_thumbs_up:
The Outsider Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Ok, I don't know what you are on about. Surely, you are not stupid enough to believe the nonsense you type. Than again, maybe you are. Actually, you probably are, in which case, I concede defeat. :two_thumbs_up: You are right - I am stupid for not pouncing upon the opportunity suggested by you to sue Apple and make millions. :two_thumbs_up:
EnterTheVoid Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 You are right - I am stupid for not pouncing upon the opportunity suggested by you to sue Apple and make millions. :two_thumbs_up: Well, at least you admit that you are stupid - We got that admission out of you one way or the other :winky: In addition to your self confessed stupidity, you can also add blindness and comprehension skills to your impressive skill set. You truly are a class apart.
panesarv Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Yeah Jelly Beans is the gold standard of OS on phones now! :hysterical: Couldn't give a more phhudu response. Well done.
The Outsider Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Well, at least you admit that you are stupid - We got that admission out of you one way or the other :winky: In addition to your self confessed stupidity, you can also add blindness and comprehension skills to your impressive skill set. You truly are a class apart. So which court are you going to be filing the petition on behalf of Xerox to make you millions?
bulbul Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Oh please, stop being pedantic when you know the intended meaning. Apple suing others for copyright violation is hypocrisy of the highest order since they themselves stole the GUI idea of Xerox. Maybe Apple should get the sh!t sued out of them since they couldn't design their own products. sree u are supposed to be a history teacher .. They paid Apple Shares to xerox for stealing GUI...actually its the Bosses of Xerox who need to blamed here , ediots doesnt know what kind of goldmine their engineers developing [GUI developed in a different city compare to Xerox headquarters]... also u forgot MS stole from Apple when Jobs offered a contract to them to develop applications for Apple :dontknow:
EnterTheVoid Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 So which court are you going to be filing the petition on behalf of Xerox to make you millions? Give it up gramps, find something else to do on your day off. I am at a loss to explain how you twisted Apple copying stuff off Xerox into me lodging a lawsuit on behalf of Xerox. Quick, write it down before your memory deserts you (again).
The Outsider Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 They paid Apple Shares to xerox for stealing GUI...actually its the Bosses of Xerox who need to blamed here , ediots doesnt know what kind of goldmine their engineers developing [GUI developed in a different city compare to Xerox headquarters]... Oh, now that you have informed him of some facts how will he sue Apple? :((
