wobblydoggy Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 1. The others put together are not sufficient to sustain test cricket without India. Simple fact of life. We are the centre of the cricket world. 2. Indians will watch anyone playing India however the young people like the slap bang T20 games. The average age of the country is 26 and they like to do other things with their time. So you see where I am going with this. :winky: I think kulling the young population might be frowned upon in the United Nations:winky:
Sachinism Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 It all depends on when this is asked. A few years back England wouldn't have mattered, Pakistan would matter

Mariyam Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Yeah, we feel that way too. Carry on your decline and we will give Bangladesh two of your normal tests:winky: Don't you geddit??? This test series loss is a ruse. A carefully calculated maneuver that will result in the eventual destruction of England's cricket playing capacity (not that it has much anyways). We ( BCCI) want you to be complacent and boast around for a while. That way you will be caught totally off guard when you start losing again, which is an unavoidable eventuality. I mean come on, do you really think people like Prior and Bell and Broad and other dictionary entries that play in your side can better a side with Tendulkar and Sehwag and Dravid? You're surely not that naive, right? BCCI is your future. BCCI is your savior.

Rahul Dravid Posted August 17, 2011 Posted August 17, 2011 ODI World Cup Champions Trophy Triangular/Quadrangular ODI tournaments World T20 IPL boring Test kirkut :hysterical: and you think you love cricket. sigh.
IKnowU Posted August 17, 2011 Posted August 17, 2011 Having priorities on which series and matches are more important is why we lost the No. 1 ranking. :headshake: Every series is just as important, thats why the Australians were at the top because they took it seriously every minute they played. :bigboss:
spectre Posted August 17, 2011 Posted August 17, 2011 How does it matter. I like the form of cricket that entertains me the most. Its a sport. Its a personal choice, whats to be laughed at. Besides, test cricket is only for people who have no other job than spend 5 days and 30 hours and watch something where even the result is not guaranteed. I can might as well ROFL at all the idiots who do that. I basically look at the cricinfo scorecard EOD, just for matches where India plays. I cant spend half my life watching all the test cricket happening around the world. Its a fact that Worldcup and IPL brings in the highest number of viewership and its all that matters. Just because a bunch of insecure deluded test kirkut fans think otherwise doesnt change anything. :hysterical: and you think you love cricket. sigh.
