In the test team. He did bowl well in 3rd test occasionally. He just doesn't have that zip, the leggie should have. He needs to really work on his bowling. But I think looking at his application and gutsy batting, the guy has big heart. And for that reason. I think he should be always considered. He has to go back to drawing board, work with Kumble, Hirwani and get that zip back. He had lot of zip in his first couple of test matches. I think he should get another chance. But not now, after he works on his bowling.

He needs to work on his bowling. He is a bit too slow which allows the batsman too much time to adapt. If he can however improve his bowling then his batting is a definite plus for him and should help him get back into the side. He is definitely a better batsman than Harby. Far more organized and plays like a proper batsman.

I don't understand when he bowls well? When opposite team score 710/7 then no bowler can say that he bowled well

No talking of bhajji full stop .Many people here already said that they never want to see him again even if he is in form or whether India wins

Bhajji needed break nothing else..too much cricket. He was bowling bad even on pitch with bite. He looked tired, jadded and mentally drained.

"The Indian team management should consider having Mishra as a batsman permanently just based on the resolve and fight he has shown in this match even though he couldn't secure wickets off his bowling." Yes indeed Mahesh, he's India's new No. 6

Looking at the current lot of spinners in India Harbhajan - over Mishra Ojha Ashwin Last three are different from each other. If anything is done for the improvement after this debacle, then I want management to groom all three spinners for future. Having a good leg-spinner would help India a lot and when we see that future batting line-up can be weaker, then he can certainly be a decent all-rounder. His technique is better than Raina and Dhoni. Someone suggested that India management should pay whatever amount Warne wants and bring him here to coach Mishra. It would be a waste of talent if he can't improve his bowling for some reason. Don't expect readymade superstars in future. India has to develop such players and if richest board can't do that then it's a shame.

Mishra, in recent limited overs games, was mixing his regular leg spinners with a lot of googlies, and turning both the deliveries. In this series he has suddenly abandoned the googlies and has become very predictable although he is still turning his leg spinners. Also, the leg spinners are not displaying different degrees of turn which outfoxes batsmen. Why is he doing this ? I hope somebody relevant points it out to him.
