vamos_rafa Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 In any condition, if fit, then I would like the #6 batsman to be Pujara. He seems to be one who has the technique to do well. And once the others retire, he can be drafted onto the other positions.
saneindian Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 If he's fit, it's going to be Yuvraj. We can only hope and pray that he doesn't have the same horror series in Aus as he had after a great Pak series at home in 2007.
daryl1985 Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Pujara but by the time he is fully fit i think someone else (probably Kohli) will have performed well enough to seal the number 6 position for the short term.

Yes and that's really unfortunate. No disrespect to the Kohli's or Sharma's or the Rahane's but Pujara is the guy who deserves to be in the test team before anyone else but as luck would have it :((
IKnowU Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Pujara, Kohli, Rohit Those three hopefully should replace Dravid, Laxman and God. I dont what Yuvraj brings to the team compared to the youngsters.
carnish Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 i guess if fit it should be Pujara, but clearly since he isnt fit we should not take him to Australia without first testing his form in the Ranjis... and so at dis moment i just hope we shd try Yuvi for a couple of games and if he doesnt come off good try playing virat in the 3rd test and the Aussie tour..
