Take the example of UDRS and Indian team.. :PIn the Indian team's defense, the oldies haven't done all that bad. Twas an oldie who scored 3 cents and another who scored 2 fifties. one of the 3 oldies had a failed series, one was decent, one was as great as he has ever been.

People are fed up with the government and if there is any election the voting would be against Congress and BJP being the second largest party would have been the beneficiary but by this Rath Yatra and all ye phir kutch logon ke purane jakhmo ko kuredenge who were slowly shifting towards BJP. This whole move will only backfire.That, in essence, captures the most effective, tried and tested policy for all political campaigns thru out history. It has never failed. The best thing for a politician to do (if he or she wants to stay in politics) is to maintain status quo. BJP is doing a suicidal thing if they really go on to do the yatra. Thing is the public dont want the politicos to bastardize our legitimate revolution for a less corrupt India. If politicos try to take the leadership role in this then they will lose support like crazy. The BJP should do what their own MP, Varun Gandhi, did. Support the movement with an open "rhetoric" that on this issue "we chose to go with the heart because sometimes we need to keep politics away". Stay low but steady in the backing of the anti-corruption stuff with rhetoric like the above and in all probability reap the benefits come 2014. But if they want to take a leadership role on this issue then they would be most effective by sacking the Reddys, Yeddy and stfu about the Gujarat Lokayukta formation. Even if they don't sack Reddys, Yeddy they should come out and say, "for the time being we are relieving Yeddy and Reddys from any active roles within the party until they are proven innocent. If they are proven guilty then they will be dismissed but if they are shown innocent only then they will take active roles in the party and/or govt in Ktaka" And it's bloody high time Advani goes yaar. Ab bas bhi karo Advani-ji... abhi bhi izzat se nikal sakte ho aap politics se, toh nikal lo nahi toh saala 2014 mein agar elect nahi hogay toh kya izzat rahega?
