United are red, City are blue, they both outspent us, but The Arsenal go through :giggle: @1983 We live within our means, we cannot afford to match the transfer fees or wages of city and united so have to rely on youngsters and a few £5m-10m players. Still, haven't done too badly, Champions league every year for the last 14 years. Of course we want to win things but it will come, UEFAs financial fair play kicking in will be good for us. Remember Barca didn't win anything from 1999-2005 so 6 years is a relatively short time without trophies. Fabregas is a boyhood Barca fan and he would have joined them no matter which team he played for, and you can't blame him for wanting to go to the best club side in the history of football. Nasri is just a greedy cxnt who has gone for the dough. £25m for having half a good season and doing f-all else when we needed him last year Jan-May we are laughing all the way to the bank. Might not feel like it now but it could be the best thing that could ever happen to you. I have maintained since last season that United do not have a good enough central midfield. Ferguson must spend in January or next summer. When i said this earlier in the season, someone responded by putting up a picture of Tom Cleverley.
