The Intelligence Bureau has issued yet another security alert for the Mumbai international airport. The alert warns of a 9/11-like attack and states that a small plane could be hijacked from Karnataka's Hubli airport and then rammed into the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai. The latest alert is the fourth issued by security agencies for the airport since a blast occurred outside the Delhi High Court in September this year. Security has been tightened at the airport with members of the National Security Guards (NSG) having been deployed there.

I'm worried about all the airports in India .anyone can enter without much security check .You just need a ticket + I card[Fake /real or whatever] into airports without getting baggage checked.

^^^^ The article talks of international airports. The security set up at all the airports I've recently been to in India ( domestic + intl) looks impressive. Many roadblocks and police outposts. People roaming around with sniffer dogs in car parks. Park a car near the arrivals gate for a few minutes and police/ CRPF start questioning. In Mumbai & Delhi the airports seem like fortresses. Guns everywhere.

At JAI - roadblocks yes, but no police outposts... I also did not see any sniffer dogs in Delhi
