Opening partnership was better in a couple of games than this.Also everyone was looking charged for that series. WI are yet to bat second in this series so will get to know how well they play spin. but so far they have handled spinner better. Link to comment

But let's not disregard the bigger picture 1- India is taking things way to easily and top order is playing like school cricketers again. The bowling line up is being changed every single game and lack of continuity (except for vinay ko-maar) is hurting the youngsters. Gambhir and Raina need a kick on their rear-ends to get going again. 2- The ICC should seriously consider taking test status away from the Windies and making them an LOI-only team like they did to Zimbabwe a few years back. It is troubling to see them suck against all quality teams in tests. In ODI's they are fairly competitive though not in the top eschelon of teams. Link to comment
carnish Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 Its India who bowled like crap in the last 10 overs and then we batted like crap in our first 10 overs.... if you take out those 20 overs then India were the better team... we just lost the match in those twenty overs... sehwag and gauti are serious concerns though cause we cannot hope of giving any challenge to the aussies without these two performing... carnish Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 the fact that sehwag ***** as captain nd his carefree attitude has brought this upon the indian team... had dhoni been there he would have given a real bashing to the team mates for todays embarrasment but sehwag with the kind of performances will be laughed at if he says anything and even by his standards he usually wont say too much to the guys... the fighting spirit and the enthusiams for this series seems to be low and its just rohit fighting for his place in the side who is really performing... even kohli failed 2 out of 3 times...
