congrats, looks a decent team now. azhar and asad look decent batsmen. new bowling is also looking good. hopefully you can rebuild and pull of same performances abroad and no controversies happen. people like malik and farhat are still on the sidelines. must make sure they don't play.

That's most important part. As long as Pakistan has a bunch of decent but team players, they will perform better than their previous teams with star players and no unity.

not going to happen. i would like a 0-0 draw. if pak somehow fluke a win (unlikely but WI had done 51 all out with same team), we'll never hear the end of it. if eng win, they go higher. eng drawing against a low ranked team like pakistan will make them lose some points.

that's taking it too far, you closet paki troll. :giggle: the series wins have come against weak teams nz, zim and sl (haven't won a test since murali retired). draw against sa has come on the flattest tracks on the world so don't feel to proud of yourself. not undermining your team's achievement, everyone has to start somewhere but proclaiming yourself as in top 4, best team for best W/L ratio, ajmal best bowler for most wkts etc is just delusion and denial. I still don't see this team beating any of the top 4 any time soon.

congrats!!!! Pakistan surprising have worked out the formula for being effective in tests. They are not dominating but are putting in reliable performance. One of biggest driver of success apart from reliable batting and good fast bowler has been quality spin. Ajmal has been a star for them for sometime now. He is the top wicket taker in 2011 and is a big difference between the sides.
