StriKe Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 i dont want to comment about samsung smartwatch LG smartwatch for 15K :hehe: problem with lg and similar companies is that they consider high prices mean high quality :hysterical: but apple would price it properly .. roughly they would keep 100% margin over OEM costs Apple pricing will not be proper..it will be expensive I am waiting for Moto 360 and won it almost everywhere :finger: dont think apple filed any serious patent cases vs microst or google They did but mostly ended in settlement
velu Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 apple products are expensive for 3rd world and students who survive with their parents money :phehehe:
velu Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 4.7 inch iPhone dummy vs 5S . not sure whether curved edges at the bezels ll look good
StriKe Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 ^ so they went back to initial iphone design ? and the bezel has been increased compared to 5s :WTF:
velu Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 ^ so they went back to initial iphone design ? and the bezel has been increased compared to 5s :WTF: this is iPod design :winky: thin bezels are overrated , apple will try to make uniform bezels at both top and bottom
StriKe Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 this is iPod design :winky: thin bezels are overrated , apple will try to make uniform bezels at both top and bottom that was iphone 2g Think bezels are sexy..this is how you design :nice:
velu Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 thing bezels r overrated and misleading feature .. only LG has smaller bezels .. and another important thing is at the bottom soft key portion cant be used when working ( except during full screen movie ) .. if you have a touch id or fingerprint sensor , obviously we cnat have thin bezels at the bottom .. i am sure apple will maintain the same bezel width at the top ( well there is only one OEM who might have thin bezels at the top and normal bezels at the bottom ) :P

velu Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 For you everything done by companies other than crapple is overrated. end useful interface is same :giggle: apple maintains same upper and lower bezel width to maintain symmetry vs
Old guy Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 U can hide these buttons in lg phone and swype th up when needed
velu Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 U can hide these buttons in lg phone and swype th up when needed but whether that area is usable ??? :hmmm: i did play in G3 , but didnt dig much .. guess controls like buttons , cnat be displayed in a non-scroll view if i am not wrong.. If there are no hardware keys present , android allocates some screen space for softkeys. This space is accessible only when we are playing something in the fullscreen mode.

Old guy Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 need to root it in my nexus 4 .. have S5 , and on screen buttons cant be disabled in a non-fullscreen mode Oh well ...google themselves are pushing new mode which a able apps to hide it like books app hides both notification and software buttons and I use twitter app called talon which I am sure does same Lg phone also allow to do it by app basis so u can go in setting and ask button to be hidden by default ..no root needed
