Before Yuvraj and Kaif, India's lower order stalwarts were Jadeja and Robin Singh. People seem to have forgetten them and this video will hopefully help most of you appreciate their courageous, never-say-die attitude. Fast running between the wickets and cheeky boundaries were their forte, their inkling to battle on were what they were renowned for. In this video you will see them at their best, against the best. India's top order of Ganguly, Tendulkar and Dravid was effectively decapitated by McGrath under a cloud cover at the Oval. The pitch was a tough one to bat on, and soon skipper Azharuddin would follow them back to the pavilion. When these two came together, India were 17/4 - chasing not only a challenging 282 runs but also a place in the semi-finals. They singlehandedly dragged India back into the game, and although they couldn't finish it off (let's face it, Australia were too good) this brave performance of theirs allowed India to go out with some pride. Under those conditions, most teams would have thrown in the towel at 17/4. Oh, and they totally KILLED Shane Warne ! Check it out; AqQV1RbfEKU

A heart-breaker of a match. A must-win game for us which we lost. Amongst the first in a series of knock-out matches that we lost to Aus. What was so striking was Jadeja's timing and placement on the off-side. Some of his cover drives were no more than angled bats , yet they raced to boundary for four !

Gulped down 3 beers before a ausie wicket went down, and sachins beard said it all when he came to bat.. a moody defensive shot and out to mcgrahh in the most common 0(4) At some point, I really thought India could make it, albeit they never believed so, what an 80 and 100 by ro and jad respectively Those sixes of warne were a treat
