I don't rate his captaincy as I think Gambhir and Sehwag can do as good as him but Dhoni has won stuff and proved it. He is not a good test batsman and needs to be dropped but who would take the test captaincy, gambhir is not in great form, sehwag:hmmm:

It would be a funny world if his contant failures were not questioned. At best he will score a 50 every series and one 100 in the sub-continent when everyone else scores runs too
