He's not that good. He was built up a lot during and just before the IPL. He even played the Challenger trophy but didn't do well. He's got an uphill task to be considered in the same sentence as Kapil paaji, to be honest.

Kapil made his test debut at the age of 19. Stuart Binny is nearly 28 and is not even a permanent member of the Karnataka Ranji Team. Can't compare the two.
