Can't beleive the rationale behind selecting him....What the hell does this guy bring to the table....Doesn't have pace,doesn't have swing or variations,Cannot bat,cannot be economical....seriously I mean I know this rant has been done infinite number of times,but still :mad::mad::mad: I always thought despte all his mediocrity,he seemed like a genuine trier who is well liked by his team mates and has a great attitude which might help him improve over time just like Jaddu in recent times but if he still hasn't improved after all the lucky breaks he has got,time to keep this guy as far as possible from international cricket. To make it worse he will now be a part of the ODI and T20 squad

Logically the only reason V kUMAR WOULD EVER BE IN ANY DECENT TEST SIDE IS IF HE WAS AVERAGING 50 PLUS WITH THE BAT AND A BRILLIANT BAT, HOS BOWLING IS A JOKE.

^yes a simple criteria which is followed around the world is- Either you have swing bowler like PK or Vernon Philander or pace bowlers like Umesh Yadav or Pattinson. Either you have tall fast bowlers like Stuart Broad or Mitchell Starc. But this guy is useless in INTL level. He is neither swing bowler, nor pace bowler or a tall bowler not even hit the deck bowler. As I said earlier I don't have anything against this guy but as far as Indian team is concerned and every Indian has right to criticize if there is some wrong selection. He neither can bat nor he is a extremely good fielder. And most noticeable thing is- he is one of those few players who has been written off mutually universally only in his first match. Every single person can see, that he is not made 4 intl cricket but just Dhoni and our selectors can't see that

I seriously hope that this guy gets injured and not able to play cricket for next 1 year and in the mean time, some other bowler can definitely make a mark. Yes, i am bad and very mean to think like this for somebody. But, you also have 2 keep in mind that this guy was absolute useless in Perth as well
