POK is a disputed region between India & Pakistan.China already has a border issue with the Aksai Chin part of J & K though Indian militants have captured & recaptured that region for many times in last 20 years.Sikkim & Arunachal Pradesh have been in the radar of the Chinese troops.India has sealed those borders & increased militancy in 2010.But these new rubbish by the Pakis will certainly give lots of headache to Indian foreign ministry.

This could be a long term plan though, start with the northern states, then Balochistan and finally Punjab & Sindh.
