The Outsider Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Brett lee bounced sachin . Beware of sachin's retribution in the next match Dil thaame huye khade hain hum!
amiret Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Rivalry is amongst equals. SRT Vs McGrath :hmmm:
DomainK Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 SJ and his commitment to team Kenya is just amazing.
Ultimate_Game Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Brett lee bounced sachin . Beware of sachin's retribution in the next match My guess is SRT will either be rested or will rule himself out with injury :giggle: Don't hold your breath expecting Tendulkar to take on Aussie bowlers in this series.
Ultimate_Game Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 SJ and his commitment to team Kenya is just amazing. :fail: Olonga played for Zimboks, not Kenya
CG Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 :fail: Olonga played for Zimboks' date=' not Kenya[/quote'] :haha::haha:
singhprakash72 Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Olonga vs Sachin reminds me of how West Indians of 80s era would have taken of Viv Richards vs Madan Lal rivalry ( thanks to WC83 finals). Poor Madan (a bowler with big heart) was ripped to pieces when WI toured India post WC....but he will always be remembered for Viv's wicket in WC 83 finals !!!

Sid Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Tendulkar has always maintained Olonga was the best bowler he ever faced. :haha:

Show_stopper Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Jokes apart even I remember Olanga troubling Sachin on many occasions. At his peak he was easily 90+ mph bowler. So I don't think the contest was as one-sided as some of you guys are suggesting.
nballa Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Henry olonga was one of the many bowlers who troubled tendulkar a lot with his pace and bounce.

So I don't think the contest was as one-sided as some of you guys are suggesting. Olonga wasn't a 90 mph bowler. He was generally around 130-140 kph but not the speed demon you are making him out to be :haha: Henry olonga was one of the many bowlers who troubled tendulkar a lot with his pace and bounce. All you have to do to trouble Tendulkar is get a new bowler in the side (he is fidgety against newbies and gives his wkt to a debutant/newbie), or get a part timer on (e.g., Cronje, Clarke etc.) or get a left arm spinner to bowl (Paul Harris who was made to look like Lord Harris, Ashley Giles etc.)
amiret Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Can you also post videos of Sachin smashing Paul Strang & Guy Whitall on some godforsaken dustbowl ?... hopefully those videos can offer us some consolation.
