You moron' date=' no one else can do what USA did! No one else! [b']They either had a stealth heli which was a first in itself for being impervious to radar or their commanders had warned the Pakis in advance so that no defensive measures was launched by the Pakis. Speaking of Pakis, they were not afraid to bring down multiple USSR aircraft in the 80s. So yeah, they could take on a superpower other than the US and risk retaliation but not USA itself. Get it, dumbass ?
The B2 was also impervious to radar if I remember correctly. Interesting note, one of the lead designers for the bomber was Indian :isalute: He was later found to be leaking secrets to the Chinese; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noshir_Gowadia

B2 is not a Heli Stealth Heli is a true first in the world.. unfortunately the Chinese got their hands on some of the wreckage when one of them crashed in the operation

stealth heli was overkill for bin laden mission. Seal Team 6 could've walked in and no one in pak would've noticed. US has got the "kill switches" on most of Paki frontline stuff (as they are of US origins).

I don't think that was an overkill at all , especially comparsion to the amount of money ,they had spend on that mission over the years.

Stealth was paramount... they could've shifted him to a different location the moment they sniffed trouble. What would be more embarassing to the US - a team of seals being killed deep inside Pak soil with nothing to show for it , Pak would have been entirely justified as this would've been 'attack on its sovereignty'

That would have been a huge blow for Obama in terms re-election but also probable call for invasion of Pakistan as US would then have come public that Pakistan was harboring Bin Laden. If the seals had failed, a fall-out invasion of Pakistan by US forces was inevitable with full American backing. Huge gamble by Obama, and evidence of huge balls :hehe:, took a massive risk.

Even if the Paki army had detected the US mission at an early stage, it would have taken some nerve to attack a country whose military budget is many times your entire GDP. For all its talk of bravado, the Pakistani army has an extremely poor record in conventional warfare, even though they do we well in war by proxy.

You see that is the reason why this was so hush hush... If Pak kills US Navy seals operating within its territory without its knowledge..that is not and cannot be portrayed as 'attacking America' . It would have zero global backing... may even have had Chinese forces streaming in to call their bluff. Also, if Osama was moved/was never found, how would America prove to the world that he is in Pak ? ... there have always been allegations since the post-911 Afghan war that ISI was harbouring Osama. But allegations remain allegations till they caught them red handed.

Well, who knows, may be Paki army HAD some idea about US planning to attack Abbotabad, but they, Paki still didn't have the balls to do anything about it :hehe:

No doubt about it. As long as they lower ranked soldiers are getting killed they don't have any problem but as soon as Pakistani army higher command officers started getting killed in war, they don't take time to raise the white flag
