SL can screw us and lose to Bangla, that way ther will be tie between India and Bangladesh and they go through..

India, Pakistan and Bangladesh will all have 2 wins and a bonus point. India defeated Pak, Pak defeated Bangladesh and Bangladesh defeated India. So in a round robin head to head its a tie. Who goes through in that scenario? NRR
