I have heard during the two Intnl matches played at this stadium the spectators were very Anti-India and Pro Paki and booed us from the start to end of the Match.. I wasn't even born when these matches took place ...i tried google to find more about this Incident but to no avail I don't mean to offend anyone by asking my fellow members to share about these Incidents... http://www.espncricinfo.com/india/content/ground/58456.html

No dude there is no way i would troll about a sensitive Issue like this.. I have heard about these Incidents from a friend that's why am asking..

Me too came across this Recently... quite fascinating to know kashmir had been host to 2LOI intnls.... I wanted to know more on these incidents but couldn't find much...i have heard spectator stooped the level of waveing a pakistani flag in the ground

A rottweiler inquiring about lions.... :hmmm: :P Either ways, whats wrong with the Kashmiris? Can the mountainous regions even be a natural habitat of the Lions? Just keep a realistic name for God's sake. Speaking of OTT names, what has happened to Gaddafi stadium in Lahore. It was named after Gadaffi when he was some kind of a revolutionary Icon in the Arab world. Now that he's been killed by his own people and been branded as a dictator, will they change the name of the stadium? :giggle:

Them Rottweilers are poor men's lion :giggle: Ya and you are rite.. i can't believe we have still kept that weird name for the stadium... BCCI take note none of us Indians are happy with the name (Kashmir stadium)
