How do you know it will stop corruption? HOW do YOU know whether it is better than the current bill? HOW do you know whether the people who are allotted are not corrupt? You need to know about the bill before supporting it. When you don't know what is in there, how can you decide whether it is right or wrong?

(Eg: Today's news reports that RD mentioned everyone but SRT, with a possible negative intent in mind). If we look at what he says purely on merit, there isn't much wrong about it. Yes, calling 90% Indians as idiots being an Indian sitting in India is risky, yes. But we must admire him for his courage to talk about things we generally restrict to tea-parties.

Buying cheaper lesser quality weapons and the remaining money from budget is taken by those who were supposed to buy it. Im not sure about this but I think part of this bill is there will be a committee which allows investigation without permission (usually this is the reason there is none) into such cases and can also press charges if evidence of corruption is found. Currently this type of committee doesn't exist. It would be step in the right direction to stop corruption. Currently no such cases are given permission for investigation (mostly).

And what guarantee does Anna give us that they will not be Corrupt? Any person who gets power is MOSTLY (not always) bound to get corrupt.

Better than letting corruption occur and do nothing about it, atm Mps etc have no fear, they know no one will investigate...

As I said don't quote me but I think there is currently no committee which can investigate independently without permission. It's not that they are bribed, such groups can't get permission, always delays and nothing happens... This committee will have more power because of that. On the other hand (bill not passed) it will continue and nothing will change...
