CSK Fanatic Posted April 16, 2012 Posted April 16, 2012 So much similarity between both, tall/accurate/medium runup/110km~, I'm sure Harmeet can too bowl 30 overs each test innings and end up having better test record than Kumble before retiring. Kumble was not a great bowler by any means, but his longevity/determination has enabled him to join 600 wickets club. Harmeet and Ashwin can create same magic we used to witness with Kumble/Harby.

But there is only one Nirmal Kumar from Tiruchirapalli who is promising leggie in the Under 19 age group. I think we will have to wait 1 year then I'm sure he will be in Team India. We can try Harmeet in that time.
