Why do they call it knowledge transfer when its actually knowledge sharing that is taking place. Its not like you will forget what you taught the other person. :P

Read linchpin and you'll know why :). We are all wheels which help move a cart (company) and we can be replaced and anyone can be programmed by transferring knowledge.
