deathmonger Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 You always run away when I ask you a simple question. If Pakistan success was due to home umpires because the let them tamper with the ball then how come they never lost a series in Ind and Eng during mid 80s to mid 2000s. There were no Pakistani umpires when we won in Ind 87 Eng 87 won in Eng 92-96 and won two tests in India 99 losing one. Then we drew in Eng 2001 and Ind 2005 with so called poor teams. We also dominated Ind in Ind in ODIs from 84 to 2006. Winning 80% of the games with no Pakistani umpires in sight. It's only a sport and some time there is no harm in appreciating good players regardless who they play for, I admire Tendulkar,Lara and Warne like I admire Imran or Waqar. These guys enhanced quality of sport we love and deserve appreciation. it's like a kid who can get 80% without cheating getting 95% with cheating. check pakistan's home record before and after neutral umpires. w/l ratio was 8.something.:omg: u guys lost home series to zimbabawe and twice to sri lanka. who loses to them.
deathmonger Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 indian trundlers couldnt do jack ' date= even as its batsmen joined the bowlers in the act of ball tampering , people like tendulkar and dravid .still such crapiness:haha: won a world cup, series in indies, pakistan. something waqar doesn't even know about.
hhhhdmt Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 no point arguing with indian fans. They will not produce a single bowler anywhere near waraq's caliber in the next 50 years. And pakistans pace battery hasn't dried up. There are plenty of talented domestic bowlers who will emerge in the next few years.
Sehwag1830 Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Yes no point arguing with Pak fans too. They won't win a test series in WI , against OZ for another 100 years. And we don't need to produce fast bowlers who end up in jail most of the time.

I know about pakistans domestic scene very well, there are a number of good prospects, rahat ali, zia ul haq, talha etc. Its only a matter of time before they get a chance an intl level. You know, there is other cricket besides the tamasha cricket in IPL.
hhhhdmt Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 and how can you make the statement that you have bowlers that are better than anyone in pakistan? do you know anything about pakistan's domestic scene? comical arguments once again and there is a massive difference between pak and wi. West indies have a small population and the cricketing interest in the country has declined so it has impacted them badly. Pakistan has a much larger population where cricket is still the most popular sport. Massive difference.
Crookbond Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Ball tampering is an art. So is spot fixing. :winky:

Also if you're debating about best fast bowler who doesn't play then i'm sure you have no one in the caliber of atul sharma.

We have plenty of talented fast bowlers in the domestic scene, whether they will be greats on intil level remains to be seen. You declaring that pakistan will no longer produce great quicks like wi is comical and premature. If you don't follow domestic cricket in pak, than you simply don't know how talented these bowlers are.
jairamesh Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Pakis as usual cumulatively jacking off their bowling "tainlunt", what have these Paki bowlers won of note in the past decade or two? nada.
panther Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 So is spot fixing. :winky: Trolling is also an art

[ame= Akhter Analysis on India-Pakistan Match on 18th March 2012 (Asia Cup) - YouTube[/ame] See 3:23. Shoaib himself admits Paki fast bowling is bad now. The dream's over. You are in denial.

As long as kids in pakistan continue trying to be the next wasim, imran or waqar, pakistan will continue to produce talented fast bowlers. Ofcourse pakistan fast bowling has suffered now because two of its most talented bowlers cheated and destroyed their own careers.(and they deserve to be rightfully banned) So it will struggle for a few years and then new fast bowlers will begin to emerge. You know nothing of pakistans domestic scene and quite frankly, you cannot imagine just how many talented fast bowlers there are over here. Its only a matter of time when they get a chance. Btw Amir was on the level of wasim and waqar. He was a traitor and derserved to be banned, (and i don't want him playing for pak ever again). However amir is an example of how we continue to produce talented fast bowlers.
Crookbond Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Currently kids in Pakistan are aspiring to be the next Amir and Asif. We all see where they are going. :phehehe:

Bowled well in bowler's paradise England where Praveen Kumar and Venky Prasad bowled well. All this proves is he's a GTB. After two W's there have been NO one on that level. yes amir asif had potential. but so did sami, rp singh, munaf, irfan, kambli etc etc. we know how that turned out.
the don Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 who are those bowlers? as things stand zaheer and umesh etc etc. . substandard bowlers with substandard averages , would have been confined to the dustbin had it been any other country :haha: , but no talent in india means they get to play :winky:
