Needforspeed Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 IPL is over :(( and we had nearly two months of fun. The agony of defeat and the ecstacy of victory. Pending work at the office and at home needs to be cleared. Commitments to the wife and kids to take them out after the IPL is over, have to be met. At ICF it was 'Licensed to troll' time. The mods have been very liberal :icflove: and have trolled as well as anyone. Those who got banned (like DumDum) got unbanned fast. So thank u mods for everything. Last IPL, I was not a member of ICF. I can say for sure that I did not enjoy it even half of what I did this year. Its only due to the fans on this site. But all good things have to end. So goodbye IPL 5. See u next year IPL 6. :bye: :bye: Share your feelings guys...:yay:

Only downside was that fast bowlers didn't have much to work with, but that's old news in the subcontinent. Besides, Indian crowds want to see big sixes. That's essentially what they come for. Also, it would have been good to see Indian bowlers doing well. It was good to see that the stadiums were full. IPL is going strong and will be around for years to come. ICF was a good laugh, last season I didn't post much during the IPL. The only lame parts were all these 'jinx un-jinx' threads. Discussions were quite interesting.

BERGKAMP Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 love it or hate it, you can't deny it is pure entertainment. you get to take the piss out of all the teams and players you don't like and for once can wish that the koomars get thrashed and actually enjoy it, instead of them playing for national team when we have to suffer at their hands.
