Marut said "rarely" and you come up with 1 video. Proves his point. Yes - above average an this is the World All time XI we are talking about. I don't want "just above average" keeper. The reason he's quick at stumpings is because he has no "follow through". But, there's an issue with it. If you have no follow through, it makes it difficult to take catches of spinners. Ever since he has taken that technique, he has dropped more nicks from spinners.
Agreed. But the fact that he is also in the Top 10 Wk-Bats of all time kinda makes up for that.

Sanga plays as a batsman in Tests and not as wk-batsman. And in odis where he does keep wkts his average is no great shakes.
yes thats the present reality, but i thought he had a decent career as a wk bat in tests. No ?
