1983-2011
You guys should go with this attack in ODI matches. B. Kumar I. Pathan (He will ball full quota and he can bat too.) R. Ashwin (He will ball full quota and he can bat too.) H. Singh (He is crap in test matches but he can still do well in ODI matches in my opinion.) Y. Pathan (He will ball full quota and he can bat too.) Y. Singh (He will be sixth bowler if one of the bowler is having an off day.) Yusuf and bhajji cant get in to playing 11 Link to comment
superstar
Ashwin needs to become a batsman and we need a new bowler. Ashwin replaces Gambir, Shewag replaced with Rahane. Nohit should be replaced with Pujara or fast bowler depending on the wicket. Bring in Mishra/Ohja. Link to comment
Vijay.Sharma
LOL at the title Link to comment
Vijay.Sharma
In Vijay Sharma's defence I think all he was saying (VS correct me if I am wrong) was that the BCCI are seemingly blind to the repeated failures of our test side provided we win a few meaningless ODIs so they can say things like "Oh its ok we won such and such series. You can't win everything". Maybe the short-term pain is necessary to bring about long-term change but there is never any long-term planning by the BCCI, so we may as well take whatever victory we can now.Thank you for articulating it better. Vijay.Sharma
In india most do not care about test. Its the odi and t20s where the losses hurt most .Sadly in the current scenario even if pak whitewash us still there will be no change as Bcci president will never sack his captain.NO! There are many like me who are hurt more by Test losses more than some kitply cup losses Link to comment
1983-2011
We will win next two Link to comment

Vijay.Sharma
To make changes one needs options' date= Gambir is struggling to get runs cant see him made captain; yes you can make kohli the captain and drop dhoni , what makes you think that will stop our losses, infact that might end back fire and we end up losing kohli the batsman. Lets not just make changes for the sake of change, I don't disagree it's time to look beyond dhoni but who next?Captains in India are never bred...they happen and they become. Dhoni himself was never thought of as captain material until Vengsarkar took a gamble. This thing about captain in the making is all fluff...at least in India. Sachin was a captain-in-making for 3-4 years and he bombed big time. The only one I can think of who went from apprenticeship to a good captain was Rahul. Dhoni does not understand Test cricket. India needs a change at the helm in Test cricket. I couldn't care more for these kitply cups. I do care for the WC though and here is where I feel if Dhini has to be kept as captain he needs to be retained in the ODIs. Link to comment

NameGoesHere
If this is how we won mentally, I shudder to think what will happen to Pakistan if we manage to draw the next ODI. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
why the heck would u retain Rohit n drop Sehwag?atleast Sehwag has decent record against Pakis Sehwag is finished. Need youngsters in who have potential and will get better from failures. sehwag is over. Rohit failed in one game. Me thinks way over the top criticism. I reckon can do well as opener in oids Link to comment
panther
part timers won't work for dhoni any more with the new rules in odi, yuvraj and co will be targeted by teams. Link to comment
Vijay.Sharma
Anyway 1 down 7 to go. But the selectors may pull out a rabbit and say Dhoni scored a cent...Oh for fu Link to comment
King Tendulkar
why the heck would u retain Rohit n drop Sehwag?atleast Sehwag has decent record against Pakis This is the problem, all about things someone did years back. When the hell did we last play pak? How is sehwags record against them relevant. he is older and slowrer now. His time is up Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Actually changing my team as want pujara in. He can open instead of rohit, with rohit 1st reserve Link to comment
Vijay.Sharma
I hope we win it mentally only and lose the next two as well...great! First of all this was a bloody ill conceived series to have them here when 26/11 victims haven't been given justice and Pak is still screwing us. A hijda board like ours deserves to lose this series and lose it 0-3 Link to comment
