I like teams that can be dangerous with both the bat and the ball. Ind, traditionally, has been able to dominate in one category. Sadly, no one has made an effort to make that change or set a direction Even on the forum, I see so many playing 11s with 7 or even 8 batsmen, arguing that the 4th and 5th bowler are no better than part-timers. Great short term plan, but the problem is that no one thinks about its long term impact including bowlers being sidelined (like it is now) or even bowlers starting to think that this is a batsmen's game .... when you want to effect a culture change, you have to change the behavior through changing values, where we put it amongst ourselves to be double dangerous, i.e. with both the bat and the ball
This. On flat track, you dont need so long batting line because most them dont even get to bat like it happened in 2nd T20 and with one bowler short, we were always giving them part timers freebies in both the matches.

Top Knock!! amazing how he was able to run those 2s in the end. pity it had to end in a loss for the team
Apart from stats, atleast he looks to slug it out with whatever limited technique he has. Not like other captaincy aspirants who just plank their front foots out and give a damn.

Only 75% of Dhoni's centuries resulted in an India win. According to vaibhav_delhi' date=' the threshold is 80% for a good player :giggle:[/quote'] Check your inbox please.
