True. The last time I saw a hockey match was in the 2010 World Cup at the Dhyan Chand Stadium where India smashed Pakistan 4-1. No clue after that!

I also haven't followed hockey much but still, knowing the pathetic hockey administration, I didn't expect anything to improve.

Pak down 4-0 to Aussies with second half to go ! This is some thrashing. I guess Pak goes out as well after this. Subcontinental hockey will continue to remain in the doldrums unless they get out of the "look-at-me-im-so-flash-dribbling" attitude and start working on their basics.
