Yes it will cost a few runs but I don't remember such a bowler to play for India (Agarkar perhaps comes close?). I would keep him the way he is and he should learn. I also think Yadav bowled quicker than Malinga (looking at reaction times of batsmen), but speed gun doesn't show it. It may be a problem with the gun, but Yadav's quickest was somewhere around 141 IIRC, and Malinga's was 142 IIRC. If we are talking about these bowlers at their quickest, then there's no comparison.
