Sidhoni Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 :cantstop: @ No.1 Test Tea not being able to take more than 2 wkts where their batsmen were bowled out twice..
Duty281 Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 Experts world over were critizing India & telling that India's No1 ranking is not true. From that...the English experts start praising their own No 1 ranking. In 1 year...they been beaten more & more then their victory. In contrast...India No1 reign was much better. England's No.1 reign isn't over yet :winky:
vamos_rafa Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 Well you do only have 2 World-Class batsmen. Am I missing anyone? Yes you missed out on someone, whose total number of test runs is more than the sum total of the runs of your half the test side.

Yeah we toured almost all countries(barring Eng/OZ) and did not lose a series there.
Spiderguy252 Posted July 23, 2012 Author Posted July 23, 2012 Yep. 4-0 over in England translates as 2-1 to England in India. You don't have a spinner better than Herath who England didn't struggle with in the subcontinent. Only 1 World-Class bowler in Khan and only 2 World-Class batsmen' date=' Sehwag and Dravid. 2-1 England.[/quote'] If that West Indian no. 11 is good enough to come close to scoring a ton, I'm forecasting Pragyan Ojha to smash back to back half centuries against wunderkid Anderson. It's time to make him look more depressed than he is, somebody's gotta try. Then all of a sudden, there were several world class batsmen....ho hum...
maniac Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 You a pom? You're saying you're going to beat India in India? What a joke. I can pick 3 spinners from the street and ask them to bellow out the name of the delivery before hurling it over, and that's still good enough to get 3 of your top 6 out. :haha::haha:
Cricket Tragic Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 Just a small setback in prep for the next Ashes.

Duty281 Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 I knew India were **** at Test Cricket, didn't know they were **** at ODIs as well. 79/6 against Sri Lanka :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Raghav_12 Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 "In fact...With an innings victory' date=' this was the most comprehensive Test win ever in terms of the difference between runs per wicket of the winning and losing teams - the previous biggest margin came in this match, in which England beat South Africa for the loss of two wickets in 1924. "[/quote'] Saying that SA won by Innings and 12 runs is an understatement. They won by 1.8 innings and 12 runs. Bigger margin would have been possible only if SA had decalred their inning with just one down or 0 down. Don't know if that has ever happened. Anybody has an answer?

The team that lubelessly *****ed you in the a** during the World Cup. And India. The team that lubelessy r*pes you in broad daylight year after year. 6-1, 5-0, 5-0, 6-1, 2-0 ring a bell? Good luck for your next home series against Ireland and Scotland. Should make for exciting viewing. It's unlikely, but try to come out at least runners up in that one, yeah?

Spiderguy252 Posted July 24, 2012 Author Posted July 24, 2012 What's England's record in ODIs this year? Something like played 11 won 11. :finger: Minnows. 1. Pakistan - Useless ODI team. Not a biggie. 2. Sri Lanka - Chickened out before you get belted in the one-dayers as well. 3. West Indies - Ooh what a sound achievement. So proud of you, England! 4. Australia - Law of averages catching up. They've smashed you on a rock 19 years out of 20. Now you've beaten them in one series. Every dog has its day. Year ain't over yet. You still have 7 to play in India, y'all. We're preparing the chastity devices out here already. :winky:

Duty281 Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 There we go, 2-1 England just as I said. West Indies at home were a tougher test. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
