I hope India is keeping a close eye - I'm sure MS Dhoni will come up with some tactics. The key to beat England is if you can do either of these [1] Come up with an extra-ordinary performance like Mitchell Johnson did at Perth [2] Play the patience game like SA are playing These are just two ways to beat England, as simple as that. One advantage we would have is Dhoni's "field spreading abilities" and England's "go slow" approach. The fact that they don't manoeuvre the ball well with their wrists (against the spinners) adds to our advantage. In order to beat England, India will have to fluctuate between [1] and [2]. We may have extra-ordinary performances with the bat from people like Sehwag to give us [1] but there will be days where we will have to resort back to [2].

Mate. It's the sub-continent. England will beat themselves. We don't have to do anything. We're going to be playing in the same place where we've slammed them in numerous tests and ODIs over the past decade and a half. No biggie.

It's a different team with some patient batsmen in Cook, Trott and Strauss. I can understand the Bell's and Bopara's are not a threat but we don't have a good attacking spin option.
