I think he should be given a break from international cricket for 6 months and should be instructed to play every FC game, be it, for India A or for west zone in Duleep trophy or for Mumbai in Ranji trophy and be consistent in all those matches because inconsistency in the problem he has! He has to aim to top score in all the tournaments and then only will he get the test birth. Just because his batting looks pleasing to eyes, he won't get everything in the platter and that should be the message to him!

Badrinath's problem was not just "poor form" in odis. The guy couldn't play short pitched stuff at all and struggled against the likes of Sammy and Andre Russell :omg: I remember a odi where Russell was bounced him out and Badrinath had no clue. Hell he couldn't even play Sammy's short stuff bowled in 120s comfortably. Badrinath wouldn't have succeeded in Tests based on that evidence and selectors for once made the right decision.

Nohit should get the same treatment .. he is missing the staright balls :dontknow: and another problem with him in ODIs is that he dont like crowded fielders.. use to tuk tuk in the beginning and try to hit the ball in the air , seen this 3 or 4 times

Yup, Tiwary should get a run with the odi team ahead of Rohit. Nobody disagrees with that. Rohit is more of a Test player than a odi one but selectors somehow keep on playing him in the odis even though he averages 35 in List A and 60 in FC cricket :facepalm:
